Step 1: Complete a Personal Assessment
You will speak one on one with a coach so they can assess your needs and suggestapossible solution.
Step 2: Make the Commitment
Coaching requires commitment. Without your commitment, a coach is rendered helpless. If you are not committed to your outcome, you will not do what is necessary to obtain it. As humans, we resist change and will find whatever excuses we can to avoid it. However, if you make the commitment I can tell you that YOU WILL Get Results!
Step 3: Determine your Objectives
You can’t get what you want if you don’t know what that is. Identifying and writing down your Coaching Objectives is a critical step in the process. Once your objectives are created, your coach will outline the best path for you to take to ensure your success.
Step 4: the Coaching Process
While the coaching process has 5 modules, every individual’s process will be unique to them. No two people will have the same exact experience.
